Peaks & Quiet

The Year of the Moorlands Village.

Peaks & Quiet Farm Cottages, which I featured as one of my 'Reasons' to visit the Moorlands, is a family-run business that welcomes guests to their beautiful cottages in the Manifold Valley, near Ilam. The self-catering cottages are set in a secluded and tranquil location and are perfect for cycling, rambling or just enjoying the beautiful views and surrounding countryside. The owners pride themselves on their hospitality, sharing insights into the local farming way of life, local attractions and making sure that their guests have a really memorable stay.
