The Year of the Moorlands Village - Flash
It was lovely to meet Jake Eckert, who runs Jake’s Peak Bakes. Jake can proudly state that he runs the highest bakery in England! Jake sells his traditional baked goods in local shops as well as taking special orders further afield, and he supplies the New Inn in Flash, various holiday cottages and also sells his goods at Xmas Markets in Flash and Tittesworth.
