Staffordshire Moorlands MP, Karen Bradley welcomed the news that The Three Horseshoes Inn, The Cottage Kitchen Country Café at Winkhill and the Roebuck in Leek all came first in their categories at the 2018 Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Awards.
The Three Horseshoes was crowned “Casual Dining Restaurant of the Year,” the Roebuck “Public House of the Year” and The Cottage Kitchen “Tea Room/Coffee Shop of the Year.”
Karen said,
“We have so many fantastic businesses in Staffordshire Moorlands. These are amazing achievements and I am always so proud when local businesses are recognised in this way.
Congratulations to all concerned and also to the Alton Bridge Hotel for coming third in the Casual Dining Restaurant of the year and the Ramblers Retreat Country Tea Room in Alton and the Roaches Tea Room in Leek for coming second and third in the Tea Room/Coffee Shop category.”
