Moorlands MP, Karen Bradley was pleased to meet Marcus Warnes, Accountable Officer from the CCG and Tracey Shewan the Director of Communications and Engagement to discuss the proposed Decision Making Business Case for Leek Moorlands Hospital.
The North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs’ governing bodies will meet on Tuesday 21st January to consider the Decision Making Business Case and after a presentation and questions, will make a decision on the final options to take forward.
The 500 plus page document is available online.
Karen commented,
“It was useful to speak to the CCG about the Decision Making Business Case. This meeting should have taken place in December but had to be postponed because of the General Election.
“I am determined to make sure that the people of Leek and the surrounding areas have a hospital and hub with the very best healthcare, fit for the 21st century. I would like to reassure local residents that I will do all I can to be of assistance should they have any concerns after the meeting on Tuesday.”
