Flower Festival and Fun Day a Great Success

Conservative Candidate Makes the Most of the Rudyard Flower Festival and Fun Day

Karen Bradley, Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Staffordshire Moorlands, spent a lovely day in Rudyard on Sunday.

Karen said:

“This year’s Fun Day had to be the best ever.  The weather was wonderful, there were some lovely stalls and activities and the steam train is always a great excursion.  I was delighted to see so many people visiting the lake and enjoying Rudyard at its best.  I spent a lot of time at the lake as a child – my Dad’s grandparents had lived there – but I’m not sure I remember it ever looking as beautiful as it did on Sunday.

I was delighted to see Rudyard Sailability out in force and am doing all that I can to help them get their planning application through, so that they can offer sailing opportunities to many other disabled people.”
