Leek Enjoys Cricketing Success
Conservative Candidate Enjoys Seeing Leek Trounce Audley
Karen Bradley, Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Staffordshire Moorlands, enjoyed watching the Leek First XI take on top of the table Audley on Saturday 4th August.
Leek won after scoring 217-6 off their full 60 overs and then bowling Audley out for just 188 runs.
Karen said:
It was great to find some time to enjoy a cricket match with the family and to see Leek win so convincingly. The facilities at Leek are excellent and everyone who was there except perhaps the Audley supporters was clearly having a good time.
